Web Design Auckland created a responsive custom web design for FHE Galleries Ponsonby, Auckland art gallery. The contemporary website layout is minimal and clean in design with easy to follow navigation menus.

The landing page features a dramatic full screen slider with black & white images that slide across the screen and slowly enlarge to reveal button links to the main exhibitions page, artists page and about page which also retain the same stark black and white imagery.

We provided keyword research and optimised all pages with the latest SEO standards for top ranking in Google. We content manage the website, providing frequent exhibition and artist updates plus search engine submissions with each update.

Google Analytics was embedded on all pages to provide detailed web traffic analysis. The website is hosted on our secure SSL server and we initially set-up the website with a user-friendly CMS client management system, but it has not been utilised by our gallery clients due to their busy schedule and time constraints.

The website for the FHE Galleries in Ponsonby, Auckland features dramatic black & white images on the homepage and the main pages.

All inner page design features full colour images with plenty of negative space to showcase the interactive image galleries. Careful attention is paid to the cropping and display of the gallery image thumbnails and blow-up images. We handle the image editing in Photoshop for their many interactive image galleries of their featured artists and exhibition pages.
