The custom web design for Ribbonwood Forestry NZ began with a few days of location photography and was followed up with web design concepts for client approval after keyword research. We collaborated closely with Pete at our initial face-to-face meeting in Auckland and throughout the design process.

AMG's professional photographer, Allan MacGillivray, spent several days on location in various parts of New Zealand creating all the photography for the Linksafe website and Ribbonwood NZ forestry website, plus Ribbonwood posters and social media.

Interactive photo galleries are a feature on the landing page and interactive parallax image banner sections with call to action buttons are used on all website pages.

We first met Pete in 2016 at a meeting in Auckland to discuss his project requirements. He had seen our custom design website for TENCO, a leading New Zealand timber exporter, which he really liked. Our initial website design was for his Linksafe company, followed by the responsive web design for Ribbonwood NZ. Since then we have worked closely with Pete creating three websites for his companies, several graphic design projects and a blog.

We conducted keyword and competition research to find the best niche keywords, which were utilised in headings, image alt text and body text, and embedded Google Analytics on all web pages. We manage all website updates and host the Ribbonwood NZ website on a secure SSL server.  The end result is a top ranking website on Google Search for NZ's experienced forest harvesting and marketing company.

We also set up social media accounts for Ribbonwood and helped Pete, who had no prior social media experience. From an absolute beginner, he now handles his social media posts on Facebook and Instagram using online promotion (digital marketing) with great results.

We manage and handle all website updates and submit the website to Google with each update.
